Are you between 13 and 18 years old and do you have a skiing or snowboarding level equivalent to Gold Star or Class 3 (skiing) or 3rd Snow (snowboarding) ?
You're Snowpark crazy, itching to ski with a burning desire to glide through the air.
You want to learn new tricks and improve your style in complete safety ?
The freestyle course will make your dreams of impossible tricks come true.
Freestyle is a discipline that combines the fundamentals of skiing with those of acrobatics and gymnastics on skis.
You will learn to jump, twist and spin in complete safety, supervised by expert ESF instructors.
Supervised by specialized instructors, they will introduce you to the practice of Freestyle (flat, rails, box, jump, big air...).
This course of lessons is available in both skiing and snowboarding.
Freestyle SNOWBOARD training course available only in the morning.
Possibility to join the Snowboard Expert group course in the afternoon.

- For the Freestyle training course, we advise you to buy the 6-Day Big Ski Area Skipass offered at the preferential rate of €266,50 or €292 according to periods (6-day skipass giving all-day access to the whole ski area).

Which level is required to take the Freestyle lessons?
The Gold Star level is required for skiers and the 3rd Snowboard level for snowboarders.
What type of skis or snowboard is recommended for this training course?
Double-tip freestyle skis rather than wide backcountry skis, suitable for the size of the skier, or a freestyle snowboard.
Should I wear protections?
Helmet and back protection are strongly recommended.
For snowboarding, wrist guards and protective shorts are also recommended.
