On the program of this competition training course:
- Cross-country skiing in all types of snow
- Targeted technical exercises
- Special slalom training (Chamois), giant slalom (Flèche) and parallel slalom
- Timed tests on the slalom course
- Improvement of your mental skills (visualisation techniques, concentration, mental approach of the competition...)
You will be supervised by experienced instructors and high level competitors.
Competition training course provided on request, only subject to a minimum of 4 participants.

Skipass Information
- For the Competition training course, we advise you to buy the 6-Day Big Ski Area Skipass offered at the preferential rate of €266,50 or €292 according to periods (6-day skipass giving all-day access to the whole ski area).
Purchase of the 6-day Big Ski Area Skipass at a preferential rate (skipass valid all day throughout the ski area even outside the ESF lessons).

What equipment is needed for this training course?
Slalom skis adapted to your level (see with sports shops), back protection and helmet.

All our students who are registered in the competition training course are registered for the Flèche and Chamois tests according to the race programme of the week.
